1. License to use QUERI

Calm Web grants you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the QUERI desktop application on your Mac, Windows, or Linux computers. You may not redistribute, sell, or repackage the application as your own product.

2. Third-party websites and AI answers

QUERI helps you search, view, and read pages published by third parties across the web, as well as AI-generated summaries grounded in web sources. Each source website remains responsible for its own content, copyright, and terms. AI answers are provided for informational convenience and can make mistakes — always verify important medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions against the primary sources.

3. Acceptable use

Please use QUERI like a considerate human reader. Do not use the application or its services to run automated scraping farms, overwhelm third-party websites, or violate applicable laws.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

QUERI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
